The international ski resort Snowparadise Veľká Rača Oščadnica is situated in the Kysuce region in the Kysucké Beskydy Mountains. The location of the resort is very interesting as it is located near the Czech Republic and Polish border.

The greatest advantage of the resort is its size and disposition in three different, mutually interconnected ski areas - Dedovka, Marguška and Lalíky. There are ski runs of all difficulties, so anyone, from beginners to the most demanding skiers, can enjoy skiing here.
The service offer is varied – ski school and children's ski school, ski servicing, ski rental and sport shop. To enrich your skiing you can borrow ski-fox or experience the bobsleigh, which is the biggest attraction in the resort.
The base altitude of the resort is 630 m and the highest point reaches up to 1050 m, for a total vertical rise of 420 m. Veľká Rača's ski season runs from November to April. There is almost 14.5km of regularly groomed ski runs, all covered with technical snow. The number of ski runs is 15, of which 7 are blue (easy), 5 red (moderately difficult), 2 black (difficult). The longest downhill run is 3 km.
Night skiing is available on runs with electric lights - Košariská I (easy, length 1300m) and Košariská II (moderately difficult, length 1400m). Transport of skiers is ensured by a 4-seater chairlift in Dedovka.
